When visiting Jiaoxi in Yilan, you absolutely can't miss this super stylish Baishui Douhua. Not only is the douhua itself fashionable, but the Japanese-style building is also eye-catching.

This is my second time here. The first time, I thought it was closed, but it turned out they were sold out! They open at 1 PM and sell out by 5 or 6 PM. This time, I lined up early, and I was shocked by the long line, but it made me want it even more!

In addition to dine-in, they also sell bucket douhua, but it's also limited daily.

The interior is small, with about 7-8 seats. It has air conditioning. If you don't want to wait in line, you can order and eat outside while standing.

Looking at the buckets of white, tender douhua makes you want to taste it right away.

Baishui Douhua uses natural organic certified soybeans and uses Puli spring water to make soy milk. Then, they use bittern to solidify the douhua, making it a truly heartfelt gourmet dish from beginning to end.

The douhua here really subverts the traditional impression, using high-quality containers to serve exquisite and fashionable douhua, completely elevating traditional douhua to another level. There are two flavors to choose from: Maltose Peanut Powder Tapioca Douhua and Maltose Peanut Peach Resin Douhua.
What is peach resin? Simply put, peach resin is a light yellow transparent solid natural resin secreted from peach tree bark. It has health benefits and was once a beauty supplement used by Empress Dowager Cixi.

Take a closer look at this peach resin. The texture is smooth and a bit like jelly or agar. It doesn't have a special taste and is easy to eat.

The peanut powder on the douhua is not just any peanut powder. It's made from freshly ground peanut candy by the store, which is very fragrant and a perfect match with the douhua!

Now, the super popular Baishui Douhua has also opened a branch in Yongkang Street in Taipei! If you are interested, you can also try it in Taipei.
